Von außen nach innen gibt es: die Haut, das Fettgewebe, die Muskeln und verschiedene Bindegewebs-Schichten. Die Bauchwand ist sehr fest. So bleiben die Organe auch bei hohem Druck im Bauch. Bei Ihrer Operation wurde körperfremdes Material unter die Muskelschicht der Bauchwand eingebracht.
